Terms and Conditions for Online Medical Consultation with Dr. Kelvin Owusu
The following terms and conditions apply to your online medical consultation session with Dr. Kelvin Owusu. By booking this session, you accept and abide by these terms.
- Consultation Services:
The online consultation with Dr. Kelvin Owusu is for information and education only and does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. While the Doctor will provide advice based on your provided information, it doesn’t replace in-person examination by a qualified medical professional.
- Booking and Payments:
To schedule a consultation, you must pay through the online gateway. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of outcomes or subsequent actions based on advice. Prices may change at Dr. Kelvin Owusu’s discretion.
- Scheduling and Rescheduling:
After payment, you’ll receive instructions for scheduling based on available time slots. Rescheduling requires at least 2 hours notice; failure to do so may forfeit your payment. Dr. Kelvin Owusu can reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, offering a new slot or a refund.
- Technical Requirements:
You’re responsible for a stable internet connection and appropriate technology (computer, webcam, etc.). We’re not liable for technical issues on your end affecting session quality.
- Privacy and Confidentiality:
Information shared during the session is confidential as per laws and medical ethics. However, online communication security isn’t guaranteed. Avoid sharing sensitive details.
- Limitations of Liability:
We’re not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the consultation. Advice relies on your provided information; ensure accuracy.
- Jurisdiction:
This Agreement follows the laws of Ghana, Dr. Kelvin Owusu’s medical practice jurisdiction.
- Amendments:
Dr. Kelvin Owusu can modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on the booking platform.
Booking a session with Dr. Kelvin Owusu means you’ve understood and agreed to these terms. If you disagree, don’t proceed with the booking.
